Joseph P. Blatner

Joseph Blatner is a Director of the National Retail Group with Marcus & Millichap's Portland, Oregon office. Joseph joined the firm in 1998 and focuses exclusively on the sale of net leased retail properties nationally. During his career, Joseph has represented numerous developers and institutions as well as private investors in the acquisition and disposition of their shopping centers and free standing net leased investments.

Gavin Robertson

Gavin Robertson is a Senior Associate with Marcus & Millichap’s Portland, Oregon office and Associate Director of Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group and Net Leased Property Group. Gavin joined the firm in 2002 and works exclusively with net lease properties. His extensive experience with sales lease-back transactions has afforded him the opportunity to work with institutional and private investors as well as developers on a national platform. In addition to working with free standing net leased investments, Gavin has achieved benchmark sales on shopping centers across the nation.

A thorough understanding of the marketplace and capital markets combined with transactional experience and access to real-time data has given Gavin the adaptability to stay ahead of the market and offer a service superior to that of his competitors.
